Placing
an order
Most wedding products are custom
made, each piece is made to order and will be dispatched within 3-10 days providing payment has been received. Please note
as each piece is handmade there may be a slight variation
in accordance to the materials used.
Many beaded products if in stock will be despatched immediately, if not they will be despatched within 2-7 days. If there are any restrictions on time limits please send an email and the item may be given a higher priority, however if you unable to wait a full refund will be offered.
If items that you have ordered are not in stock on the day that you have placed an order, the other items that are currently in stock will be sent out first and remaining items will be sent within the next
7 - 10 days, in this case there will be no charge for extra post cost and you will be informed by email.
To place an order choose
a product, click on the "add to basket" icon alongside
each item, add any additional requirements such as colour,
measurements in the drop down boxes. Once you've finished
shopping click the " view basket" icon at the top
of the page to checkout and follow the Paypal payment instructions.
please ensure you have
finished shopping before checking out as Items left un-purchased
in your cart will remain there until you delete or purchase
them. Placing items in your cart does not reserve them - you
must complete your order to secure any purchases.
Once payment is received
an invoice will be forwarded to you via e-mail confirming
receipt of payment.
Paypal
Paypal is a secure and
convenient way of paying. Paypal accept all major credit/debit
cards and does not reveal your financial information. Industry-leading
fraud prevention keeps you safe and secure. You do not need
a Paypal account to pay by card. Simply select Paypal as your
payment method at checkout. Then follow the link for non-account
holders once you reach the Paypal payment page.
Please note if you choose
Paypal's e-cheque option this method will delay your order
substantially since e-cheques take around 10 days to clear.
It is better to pay from your existing Paypal balance or use
a credit/debit card.
Should you experience a problem making your payment, please
simply try placing your order again. Don’t worry –
you won’t get your order twice! If you continue to have
problems, please email me so I can hold your ordered items
for you awaiting payment.
Delivery address must
match the payment address for orders paid through Paypal.
I reserve the right to refuse delivery to certain unconfirmed
/ unverified addresses.
Postage & Delivery
Orders are dispatched within
3-10 days via 1st Class Delivery which may need
a signature. All items are packed securely in presentation
boxes to avoid damage in transit.
Gift Wrap
All jewellery are gift wrapped in tissue paper
and a gift box or luxurious drawstring pouch.
This makes the whole designer jewellery buying experience complete
for you and saves you time and effort. It also makes your
jewellery gift extra special with a finished professional
touch for the lucky recipient to receive a jewellery design.
Returns
All designs are made to
order therefore refunds or exchanges are not offered unless
faulty on receipt, you will need to confirm this by email and return the product within 5 days and a refund will be given minus the shipping charge.

Please Note : All bespoke/custom/personal requests refunds will not be given for bespoke items as they cannot be resold as normal stock as its custom made to suit your requirements.
Custom Made Means : Any item where the colours of the crystals/beads/materials etc have been changed from what is shown on the web, this also includes where the size has been changed at your request, smaller or bigger.
